In recent years due to regulatory and procedural issues and restrictions in the financing due to various threats, cost of raising financial resource has increased a lot. To minimize the cost of finance CFR has specialized raising finance through Private Investment in Public Equity ("PIPE") and Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) and External Commercial Borrowings (ECB).
We structured for many public companies to utilized PIPEs ("Private Investment in Public Equity") as a way to obtain equity capital to finance growth, acquisition for working capital. At the same time hundreds of investment funds have been establish to invest in PIPEs. And, many investment banking firms are also specializing in placing PIPE transactions for our client companies.
